iGuide Report is delivered by email and contains valuable features and tools for preparing, marketing, and managing your property.
The iGuide Report is divided into two main sections: Links and Property Details.
At the top of the report, we’ve added social media buttons for you to share your iGuide.
The Links section contains web links to the interactive property tour, floor plans, and image galleries that you can copy, paste, and share online. The virtual tour links are offered in branded and unbranded versions. To use these links, simply highlight the URL, copy, and paste where you want to use them.
The downloadable file links are provided for offline sharing and marketing. Click to download image galleries and the iGuide directly to your hard drive. Please be patient when you access the link for the first time; downloading might take a few minutes.
The iGuide Report offers additional marketing support tools. The Feature Sheet Creator gives you the ability to access gallery images for creating professional-looking feature sheets quickly and easily. The Embedding Tool lets you generate and add code to third-party websites.
The Property Details section offers room measurements and floor area information. Total area calculations are offered separately for both interior and exterior. Total exterior area takes into account the perimeter walls, adding this space to the interior floor area. All measurements and calculations are provided.
